Finding Your Perfect Home

I will ask you to fill out a brief questionaire which, when completed, will outline the criteria upon which to base a search.  I will then feed those criteria into a multilist search, and you will be notified of the properties that on paper look like possibilities.  When new listings that match your crtiteria are added in the multilist service, you will automatically be notified of those new searches.  I will then set up the needed appointments for us to view those properties which are of interest to you, and then we will view them together.   If there are no good matches for your price and criteria, then we may need to modify the search by adjusting the criteria.

I do not show only my company’s listings.  I can and do show any property which is active on the market in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors multilist service–regardless of the company that has the listing.

Because property owners almost always ask for a pre-approval letter, it is important that you take that first step of getting a pre-approval letter from a local mortgage company or bank.  If you do not have contact with a local lender, I can give you contact information for local lenders who have served my clients well.
